Here's the situation:
We are a small non-profit that sells curriculum to churches. This curriculum comes in three different editions: large, regular, and teachers. They receive this curriculum quarterly. Right now we have an excel sheet with all of their orders (over 100 churches and how many they want of each edition, plus their customer information (address, phone number, etc)). In the past this excel sheet has been corrupted, erasing some/all of the data and we have to just . . . "guess" how much they had on their order. Sucks. Additionally, to keep track of payments, we have this terrible database called ACS which is in no way linked to the excel sheet, so when we update orders on the excel sheet we have to go back through and update them in ACS (which is a terribly confusing piece of software. oh it's awful. plus it's expensive).
Here's what we need.
1) Enable the Check Payment Module for Recurring Payments.
2) Upgrade Recurring Profile Products
- allow multiple products/options with varying quantities (so the customer can receive 5 large, 3 teachers, and 2 regular all on one subscription/recurring profile)
3) Upgrade Recurring Payments page
- include cancel/suspend buttons, add transactions (to keep track of check numbers and when we received said checks), and be able to change the options/products and their quantities in the subscription/recurring profile
- show the customer and list of products/options on the main recurring profiles page
- add an export to cvs button (which would export the customer, address, and quantities of each product)
Thanks.
So at present which module are you using for recurring profiles?CEMinistries wrote:...

We do not have our subscriptions running through opencart at the moment (therefore We currently do not use a module for recurring payments), but want to switch to opencart for these subscriptions which is why we need a more developed module than what opencart provides..
