Adding Google Adwords Tracking Pixel in Checkout Success Page

I want to add Google Adwords Tracking Pixel only to the Checkout/Success page of a website - Opencart 2.1.0.1.

I tried what I could find around the internet but no luck. Probably I am not doing things right so I am willing to pay via Paypal a reasonable price for simple instructions which to follow and succeed with my task.
