After a long wait since 1.1.8, I have installed 1.3.2 locally and testing now.
I found out that the store logo information is disappearing when I change something in admin > settings. It means whatever you change in there you have to browse and load store logo before pressing save button. Saving again also removes this logo information.
Hi - I'm having this same problem. Double checked all the permissions. Is there a solution? Thanks!

...and in fact I tracked it down to both "config_logo" and "config_icon" hidden fields in the setting template. For an unknown reason, both fields are never included in the POST data sent back to the setting controller in my production system.
Anybody ever heard of a bug related to apache hidden field in post ?
