Reviews on Delivery Date Pro

I'm planning to use this module, so if anyone is already using this I need some reviews on it. I'm a bit skeptical because I've read multiple bad comments about support they offer. So needed some review before I go ahead and buy it.

My requirement is something similar, I need to capture order date and time slots of the order and conditional enabling of the time slots. If you guys can suggest an extension that's better, even that would be great.
