Hi

I was wondering if opencart will work for
Multi-Domain with Multi-Languages

Like for example I have

DomainName.ch for German language in Switzerland
DomainName.at for German language in Austria
DomainName.IT for Italian language in Italy
DomainName.IT for French language in France

Please let me know if anyone has done something like this

Any live examples might help everyone

You have an Ulp going on. Good in a way that you posted that, a quick look to see in Firefox 23.0.1 what is current with the website is showing, "Index of /, .ftpquota cgi-bin/ sri/ Apache/2.2.25 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.25 OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at http://www.mypartysupplies.co.uk Port 80 -- not good, your .htaccess is down, your directories can be read directly. Suggest immediately put in a v. simple index.html (<HTML><BODY></BODY></HTML>) and a one-line .htaccess (Options -Indexes).

Yes, OC can be set up multi-domain and multi-subdomain, and there is no compelling reason why they should all be one language. There are several English/French examples (Search top right will probably give you more of them than you want to see). The domains you indicate can actually sit in their own directories on one server, traffic going to them via their separate dns A records. The two in German if identical but for domain trailer could point to the same OC copy but that would tend to split their ranks in engine-think, keeping them separate would tend not to do that (in country orientation).

Give me a little while to relocate or stumble back upon ones I recall. Cleo's are standalone dual language, Labeshops' are I think all English only, and victorj's might all be Dutch but there might be duals among them. I recall at least one pair in German/X=? and one in Swedish/Y=?, but at the moment I have no idea where.
