Problems navigating module comment pages

Greetings

When visiting a module page and choose Comments, there is no way I can navigate to page 2 ++ or to the last page.

If I copy the page URL I come to a page with no CSS.

I have tried on two PCs and one Mac - in Firefox, Chrome and IE9.

you can't copy the URL just to navigate the page. Just click on the buttons normally and it should go to the next page
