Sure, in admin, in order view, if I click on customer name I can see all the registration information of the customer, including 'cnp' field.

It's been a while, but I'm still searching how to add some of the custom registration fields in the order notification email template (order.tpl).

So if anyone got an idea in the mean time, please help, I really need this to be done.

it's been a while, I hope you worked this out. If you not, you could try this paid mod, It will add the fields to the invoices, order emails, and order edit forms. http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ew%20field
