independently order email template for multistore

Hello,

I'm searching the right extension to archive the order email template independently send to customer under the multi-store and customer group environment.

For example:
Store #1 for default retail customer group and send default Order email template and print default OC sale invoice.
Store #2 for wholesale customer group and send customized order email template and print customized sale invoice.

I have the two parts number system: e.g, Retail Product code: 100, Wholesale Product code: 100W
therefore, the product code display is different in order email and invoice under the different store.

Hope can find the best solution to solve the order email vs multistore vs different product code.
