Prefix Tables

Hello, I modified the install files in the most inelegant way to support prefixes (I recall someone asking for it). It installs correctly (you can use your prefix) but nothing will run unless all db queries are using the DB_PREFIX constant. I didn't know where all the files with DB queries are located so I thought I'd just post this. Use at your own risk because the devs might be making new files without using the prefix constant in their queries!

Drop the two files into your /install folder.)
