[Cookie_Mod] Unique Made (Euro) GDPR Cookie Solution OC v.1.5.x up to OC v.3.x

I just found a very nice free OC v.3.x Cookie Extension, and I made an
OC v.1.5.x/v.2.x VqMod Version out of it. It has been built by a Dutch Fellow,
so, I assume, that it will meet latest EURO Spec's.
The only drawback could be, that it calls an external Site, probably to activate
some GEO IP Language related 'Result', but since I only use english on my Test
Sites and Browser, I cannot judge, if it works. But this function can be switched off.
Just to have it mentioned...

The VqMod Version can be downloaded here, it's a complete OC v.1.5.x - 2.3.x
VqMod + Javascript Sub-Section package, to be uploaded into/from the Shop

Thank you for getting back to me - I really just need a plain pop up box when someone searches my site from say google that they must click on to continue to site. As I say i was given the code which i put in modules - welcome in the source bit that did it but stupidly never saved it for the next time
I dont have the installer option under extensions on my site either?

Well, I did not add anything, I just linked a free extension, and left, what the
contributor added by default. I just wonder, why someone comes here, to
complain about a link, after getting something for free.
What a cheap Way, to make a living, from someone, around for so long,
and with a lousy 20 Forum Postings so far?!
