Options Boost - I don't see radio buttons?

First time using "Options Boost". (opencart vers 1.5.3.1)
I have installed the latest version of vQmod installed.
I have jneuhoff's "Export/Import Tool" installed.

I uploaded the "Options Boost" (included) folders, and I deleted the ending "_" at the end of the
options_boost_import_export_addon.xml_" file, as per the readme file.

Now, when I select a product and go to the options" page, I do not see any new fields for select, checkbox, radio and image radio options.
I have attached a screenshot. Any advice would be appreciated.

Did you install the mod from the admin panel in Extensions --> Modules -- Options Boost?

No, I didn't think about that, but if I go to admin/modules, I don't see Options Boost.

If you don't see it there then it wasn't uploaded correctly, unless the whole mod is a vQmod. Did the extension only come with a vQmod file? Or did it have other files too that needed to be uploaded?

It came with admin/catalog/docs/and vqmod folders (which I uploaded).

The vqmod folder also contained a sub-folder(called xml), which had 2 files in it (options_boost_import_export_addon.xml_ and options_boost-vqmod.xml ).

When I look on my server, the those files do exist in the folder, so it appears that they did upload correctly.

Should be there then, try clearing your browser's cache and try again.

If it doesn't show up try checking your vQmod log to see if there are any error messages.

I cleared my cache and tried a different browser with no luck. Still not there.

Not sure where the vqmod log is (or if I need an extension to view that), but I did look under System/Error Logs and searched for the words "vqmod" and "Boost" with no finds.

I also tried re-installing "Options Boost". No-help.

Wondering if I should contact "OpenCart Guru (the publisher)?
The only thing I can even think of is that there is one line in the installation instructions that says "If your theme uses different element names than the default, you may need to edit this file: catalog/view/javascript/options_boost.js"

Not sure what I would need to edit, but maybe if I sent the .js file to them, they would know?

Qphoria is the developer of that mod. You can send him a PM on the forums here. Or I think he includes his e-mail address in the readme.txt file if you need to e-mail him directly.

The vQmod log file would be in the root vQmod folder. If you don't see it, then that means there haven't been any errors with any of your .xml files.

I did find the vQmod log (thanks). There are errors.
They seem to all be from Date: 2012-07-25 probably the day I installed it.

The first 7 logs are identical:
Could not resolve path for [admin/controller/common/header.php] (SKIPPED)
Could not resolve path for [admin/language/english/common/header.php] (SKIPPED)
Could not resolve path for [admin/view/template/common/header.tpl]

The last 3 are identical (with one less error):
Could not resolve path for [admin/controller/common/header.php] (SKIPPED)
Could not resolve path for [admin/language/english/common/header.php]

Not sure what to make of them. If you have no idea, then maybe I should send an email to Qphoria?

I don't think those have anything to do with it as they don't mention the product_form.tpl, which is what would need to be modified to add the extra fields to the Options Tab.

The place to select radio/select etc is on the options setup screen (catalog > options), not on the one you sent the screenshot for to assign options to products. The batch add options is part of options boost so it is working correctly.

The options boost mod is not a module so will not show in the modules list.
