Quantity based options - available mods?

Hi,

I've been trying to track down a mod that would allow options based on product quantity. Not sure if one exists (I did search this forum before posting). Has anyone dealt with this before?

Scenario: Only allow an option if a minimum quantity is reached. Allow 2nd imprint location for $xx if a minimum of X items purchased. (on the product page)
