Geo Zone Shipping + £xx per product ordered

Hello Community!

I have a client requesting a geo shipping module that will have £xx per geo zone (rates listed below) then £xx per product in the basket/ordered.

We need to be able to edit £xx costs in the admin.

I would like to add the following countries.

Countries:
£10 + £1 per product
Northern Ireland

£15 + £1 per product
Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey

£20 + £1 per product
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

You can use Item-Based Shipping for this. You need to set up your 3 geo zones appropriately in System > Localisation > Geo Zones, then create rates like so:

RATE #1
Geo Zones: Geo Zone #1 (Northern Ireland)
Cost Brackets:
- From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: 1.00, Per (#): 1
Final Cost: Single
Final Cost Add: 10.00

RATE #2
Geo Zones: Geo Zone #2 (Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey)
Cost Brackets:
- From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: 1.00, Per (#): 1
Final Cost: Single
Final Cost Add: 15.00

RATE #3
Geo Zones: Geo Zone #3 (Austria, Belgium, etc.)
Cost Brackets:
- From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: 1.00, Per (#): 1
Final Cost: Single
Final Cost Add: 20.00
