I need to calculate taxes only for Florida

#1 I created a GEOZone .. "Florida State" with Country USA and only Florida
#2 I created a TAX RATE 7 type: percentage for the GEOZONE "Florida State"
If I have an order for a taxable goods and customer is in florida why is not working?
ANY HELP?

did you do step 3 for taxes?
#3 assign the tax rate to the tax class.
the tax rates have to be assigned to a tax class to work
