registration page not working

I've installed latest version of opencart in my site.

and i also a theme proided by opencart for free .

now when i open the some pages it says like error.

registration page also not working (state/region options not loading).

Actually the problem is when i install opencart with "www" php script is not working properly when i open "non-www" ,
when i install opencart with "non-www" php script is not working properly when i open "www".

the problems i face are registration page not working, login page not working , when i login to admin panel also it is showing some error.

i would like to know if i can redirect from "www" URL to "non-www" whenever one opens my website .

my website URL is mangalam.ind.in

please check it registration page login page with and without www. etc...,
