menu is not sitting properly.

Hi,
Please go onto www.aim4sport.com
You will see that there should be a Green banner with the different sections of the site listed. In some versions on IE the template menu is not running correctly. there is a straight list on the left hand side of the page. is this down tot he version of IE that is being run and is there a way of finding out if this would be affected.
