well, by adding your code into my footer.tpl, I received an error message, where it is
expected to display, but probably only, because I am not 'registered', or need more
code or something, to make it work. Just to give you an idea!

PS: Just be aware, that such stuff, especially, if visible on every Page, will cost
you Server Load time
and produce usually rather poor Site Performance
Test Results as well.
