I have uploaded new template shopme multi store template

I have uploaded new template shopme multi store template and I get this error please advise why this is happening. what do I need to do in order for the template to work. Thanks

the theme should probably NOT be placed/linked here:
/catalog/view/theme/default/template/shopme/template/common/home_top.tpl
but rather here:
/catalog/view/theme/shopme/template/common/home_top.tpl
I assume, at least!
