Running OC2.3.0.2 with Journal 2 & Nitrocache.

A weird one this. We have 1 product that has a large amount of options. 47 colours, 6 sizes, 12 customisation options, and 5 discount levels. It was set-up some time ago & has been working fine. Recently we tried editing the product to update it and when we went to save it, 3 of the options and all the discount levels disappeared. Tried copying the product to a new one & the same happened. Created a new one and added all the same options - same thing happened.

I can edit any other product OK. I think it's related to the total number of options on this product. Seems like something is limiting how many their can be.
The error log generates the below:

Does anyone have any clue where I can start to try and resolve this?

The max_input_vars needs to be increased in your php.ini file.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased counters are caused by posted redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
