First step would be to install PHP 7 with the most recent mySQL version if you don't have them installed already.

Your cart is loading 19 javascripts and 17 css files. That slows things down a bit.
Yes, it took ages for the first couple of product categories to load but after that, some of the others loaded okay, because I now had a local copy (cache) of these files. Although sometimes it reverted to slow loading again. Does your theme have a caching system that combines these into one javascript and one css file, thus reducing the number of requests and acknowledgements required by the browser?
My client had a slow loading cart, until I enabled the theme's caching option.
Also I noticed that you have a count of products in each brand - that will slow things down, disable the count if you can.

Well, it's simply a plain overkill, whereever one looks, rather unPro designed,
and unPro-configured too. And it's sure not gonna work this way, not a single Person
in the World would buy something in such an overloaded Place, obviously set up and
managed by Peoples, unaware of what they're doing.
Sorry for the harsh Words, but it's of no use, trying to put in in a more diplomatic form,
after all, you seek some advise... ;)
