Replace logo in emails

I've got a new site built in v3.0.2 and i want to use an alternative logo within the template (due to alpha transparency issues). Where would I find the correct template as i can't find any reference to a logo or img within the mail templates i've looked at?

The logo is added in the admin.

I needed a different logo for emails as the site logo has transparency. I've since found the correct template to edit :)
