OC 3 - Check out: skip billing / shipping address and shipping method and payment steps?

Just wonder, in the checkout steps, if there is an official way to skip the unnecessary billing / shipping address steps if assuming it will use the default address?
Also, if there is only one shipping method, and only one payment method, is there any way to skip these steps as well?
