Unable to Host Open Cart vai cPanel

Dear fellow I have uploaded all the needed files to public_html file in my hosting website but still i am unable to see my open cart on internet,

When I tried to open my domain page, I am getting error: HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden

please advice

Check your folder permissions. Did you set up a database as well?
