"Gift Vouchers" function in my OpenCart 3.0.2.0 is not working at all

Hi team,

I tired many times and still finding he "Gift Vouchers" function in my OC 3.0.2.0 is not working at all.

I use standard default theme and no extension for promotion code used.
I created new user account with different email address, then login and use a new voucher code for that account, but, the same error message show up and said my voucher is invalid / used.

Please advise how i get this fix. Thanks!

And do you want to tell us the error message? Or shall we guess? :p

it should the voucher is invalid or used/expire even i create new voucher and sent to new customer.
