any help for the missing icons problems (font awesome )

Hello all,
I’m really wondering if there is any solution for the missing icons in my website(balania.com) the problem don’t apear when I use (https://balania.com) but if I write (www.balania.com) it appears. I’m using OpenCart 3.0.2.0... I’m new to the filed and looking for step by step help

You should fix the URLs - best would be via the .htaccess

As above use .htaccess redirects so that the user is always at the URL where it works.

In general: you (and everybody else) should decide, if the site shall be called with or without www.
Why?
Just for SEO (basically).
And second - see your problem.

So with that decision, adopt hour .htaccess accordingly (or enable if not already done).
Another solution could be, if you are using Plesk - there is a setting for this.
