Is there any way to prompt a customer upon their first login to change their password? I am asking because I will be moving customers from our existing site to opencart and would like them to change passwords.

I have never seen something like this yet, already created for some OC Version,
at least not in the free Sections.
Would not so hard to be made, but it's a Custom Request, and so possibly does
not come for free.
