Cheatcodes in marketing/mail?

Hello all,
are there any cheatcodes available for marketing/mail?
I mean, when I have for example the subject, I would like to add the name of the customer.
I thought that something like this would work
Hello {firstname} [lastname}
So when email is sent out, the subject would show "Hello Joe Doe", but that is not the case.
Are there any cheatcodes?
It's a pitty there is no information on this available on this subject.

No, there are no template fields (cheatcodes) in Marketing - Mail. It just sends your message as is. Perhaps some extensions have this functionality, search for "email templates" in the Marketplace.
