How to change default amount of lists rows for products

With 3.0.2.0. and Journal 2

The default only shows 15 products in the listing. How do I change that default amount to 50 please?

Thank you for the reply. In Settings, I could only see the option for the list inside admin.

I mean, as a visitor, click the Main menu, then sub menu and it lists all products in that category.

Top says.. Sort By: and Show: Start. Default is 15.

Then go to Extensions-->Theme, edit, and change from there.
