Does latest OpenCart support php 7 ?

Hey there,
Does the latest stable version of OpenCart supports PHP 7
because I've installed OpenCart Using Softacolus installer and error are found: https://digitalgoodshub.ml/

And I've also installed OpenCart to Localhost Xampp, which is running perfectly.
And I'm sure that Xampp is currently not running PHP 7,

What should I do now?

First of all: what is your 'latest' version?
And second, in general it does.
Third: XAMPP supports php 7 since 2 years (latest is PHP 7.2.12)
