I have no idea what Ive done … I tried to change my password on Open Cart.... Now I cant log in.
I used the "Forgot password" link on the admin login page - Got the email and reset the password - I cant log in and now the "Resest password" isnt there anymore!!

I use 123reg .... I have seen things about myphpadmin but I havent got a clue what that is!!!

I am bloody stressing now as I was hoping to go live on Monday afternoon

I don't have phpmyadmin…. do I have to download it? or is it on my 123reg ?

If 123reg offers cPanel, you will find the link to phpmyadmin there and then you can find the user table (may be oc_user if you are using a DB prefix) in your database.

I have no coding knowledge, I have no idea what the database is - I am a complete novice. I don't know why I did it... Moment of madness that has turned into a complete nightmare!

You could try This
Hopefully it will help you out without messing around with your DB
EDIT: whatever you do, make a backup of your site and db now before you change too much

Between each changes, a backup should be made for non-technical people wanting to integrate custom codes.

I have just tested on my 3.0.2.0 on localhost and it seems to work fine

thank you for all your help... im sure ill be back within the next few days with my next problem...
I do have a problems with an extension I bought for age verify because I didn't like the free 1 I installed … just waiting for support to get back to me

Glad you got it working again.
NOW make a backup whilst it all works( just for future)
