Warning: No Payment options are available.... They are.. I think

Hi all

Bit of a strange issue, I'm getting no payment options are available when checking out as a test user, I am only using Cash on Delivery currently and have it set to all zones with 0.01 price set. I'm using the default theme if that makes any difference.

any ideas?

Try clearing your cache in your browser and OC. Are all files properly uploaded and set for the correct Zone(s)?

Tried cache on browser and OC, same issue.

When you say

Which files do you mean and what needs setting to a zone? I was looking for options for setting a zone to a product etc but couldn't find anything, though I could be looking in the wrong place of course

I should have been more clear, sorry.

1) Are all of the files properly uploaded for the payment extension you're trying to use?

2) Is the zone set correctly on the admin side of your site for the payment gateway?

I get the same thing when i'm not logged in with a user account. I think there is a setting for not allowing checkout when not signed in.

I have a test account and have tried with that, same issue.. I think all my zones are set right but this is my first time using OC so maybe I am missing a setting somewhere. I guess I must be if it's not working! All files are uploaded though.

I would suggest posting in the commercial section for a developer to look into it and see what is going on.

Could be caused by a browser caching issue.

I've tried in a few browsers but I'm getting the same issue, primarily I'm using Chrome

Do your products have "Requires Shipping" set to No? If so the cash on delivery payment method won't show. Try the bank transfer payment method for testing.

Ok that's fixed it, though I do not want to "ship" my items as I'm running an internal webshop for the company I work for so nothing needs to be shipped.. I'll mess around with a few settings and see what I can get working, thanks for getting it fixed though!

EDIT: Actually, thinking about, collect from store and cash on delivery should do the trick for us, thanks again
