We are facing an issue in order emails.
Some users/customer reported that they didn't receive any order confirmation email and we tried to placing multiple orders and found that some emails are sending/working fine and some of them are not . System sent successfully but did not get any email in spam or any folder of email.

If at least one customer getting email then there is no issue in mail.php. You have to contact with your hosting provider. Also check error log, it may help to get some issue.

I have checked the server logs there is no error related to mail . I have enable/disable events from admin section. Now it is working fine for now. Do not know it will be happened again or not.
