index.html and index.php - indexing errors

Hi -

I am using opencart 3.2 and I just noticed that there is an issue with index.html and index.php. How do I keep only one version and how do I fix that since I have no clue what to remove in cpanel.

Indexing in google is very slow and it takes forever to index a site, I just realized it.
