My text editor isn't working anymore

Ok after long nights of reinstalling and trying to find out what plugin is guilty I thought I had OC running OK now.
Now I almost disabled so many extensions we're back to basic OC3.
But the ghost keeps on coming back, the editor isn't working anymore...
I get this error from the console.
What can I do?

update: it is working in a private chrome window,...
hm must be a chrome plugin

Ok cache refresh (shift F5) and it's back...
Strange things

Have I been doing so many hours for nothing just because of cache????

There should be one button 'CLEAR CACHE' instead of some small
