Autosuggest not exact in Products > List > Categories

Please see the attached first.

I typed F. But "A" word is listed below the "Categories" Textbox.
This is the same even if I changed limits as shown in the below.

Why this happens?

I have changed 3 limits as follows:

[Public autocomplete]

5 -> 50 [manufacturer.php]
5 -> 25 [filters.php]
5 -> 25 [catalog.php]

Auto-complete works on the category name, not its parent category name. Thus, it finds "Artisan Food" because it has an F in it. OpenCart does show the full category path, but that can be confusing in cases like this.

Is there any way ONLY THE First letter will be the basis of search and autocomplete?
