PHP Code insert

Hello.

I am needing to add or call a php script that needs to take the email,first,last name and call/run the script with these fields to a api that is on another server to create an account for this customer.

My script works well. I just need to find how to call or were to add this to the register.php or ? and have the above data in variables to pass to the api.
