So disable them 1 by 1 until the error goes away.

check your installed extension, check the OCMOD file, you can use OCMOD editor to help your work to solve this problem ( https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=22015)
1. use OCMOD editor
2. Edit your XML
3. Search 'checkout/order'

Extension compatible with v2.x releases. OP uses OC v3.x releases.
