Product category slow to load after enabling filter

Hello,
i'm facing a very strange problem. Once i enable and assign the filter module to the category the loading takes around > 30 seconds to complete. I have got around 30000 products inside the category. The category with all these products load very fast when disabling the filter module.

I tried to truncate all the filter related tables on the database to see if it fixes the issue but it didnt:
TRUNCATE TABLE oc_product_filter;
TRUNCATE TABLE oc_filter_group_description;
TRUNCATE TABLE oc_filter_group;
TRUNCATE TABLE oc_filter_description;
TRUNCATE TABLE oc_filter;
TRUNCATE TABLE oc_category_filter;

I also went to the extension page and clicked on refresh but without any change.

Did anyone face this issue before? where should i look?

1. Fully index your Database Tables.
2. Use something like this, to speed up Cat Loading:

3. Check https://gtmetrix.com/, to find out, what else needs to be done.
4. With 30K Products to offer, you might better rely on paid Support in general, if you're not Coder.
