how to change db and tell opencart which db to use?

I try to migrate an opencart on localhost and when I set up the shop, I made a new db. Now I Imported the db from Cpanel, but how and where do I confic on OC which db to use?

I uploaded the new db (oceanic_team), renamed the db in the old config.php, and the result is..it does not recognize it... so not very helpfull your answer, but thanks

You changed database prefix from both configs?

From: oc_ to oceanic_ ?

Or...post a screnshoot from phpmyadmin database.
