I have attached a screenshot for the reference. I need to set a link(Read More) after the short description related to product. Onclick on "read more" it should show a pop up with detailed description with simply buy now button to quick checkout.
Any help ?

Well, if an extension doesn't exist to do it perhaps pay someone from the Commercial Support Forum.
