How can i edit Featured display

I've duplicated the Featured 2x Module,
the idea is that if I put 4 on the page it's self-centered
But in bottom 2 I want to add only 2 pic, and to be centered on the page. is it possible to edit somehow how I want it?
I put a picture to figure out how she wants to look

please help me sir !

But what for ? This here is OC-3 Territory, but you neither
mentioned your OC Version, nor your Theme.

Better don't expect it to work, this way.

First one can be done easily by using default openart featured module option
for Second featured module. you would have do custom work. for this. you can contact any developer for custom work.
