Hi, I've changed my web hosting, so created a backup of my original opencart (through maintenance). I've installed opencart on the new server, but when I try to restore from the backup I get an error message. The hosting company have sent me the following error:

Stack trace:
#0 /home/caveshop/public_html/system/library/db.php(45): DB\MySQLi->query('TRUNCATE TABLE ...')
#1 /home/caveshop/public_html/admin/controller/tool/backup.php(103): DB->query('TRUNCATE TABLE ...')
#2 [internal function]: ControllerToolBackup->import()
#3 /home/caveshop/public_html/system/engine/action.php(79): call_user_func_array(Array, Array)
#4 /home/caveshop/public_html/admin/controller/startup/router.php(26): Action->execute(Object(Registry), Array)
#5 [internal function]: ControllerStartupRouter->index()
#6 /home/caveshop/public_html/system/engine/action.php(79): call_user_func_array(Array, Array)
#7 /home/caveshop/public_html/system/engine/router.php(67): Action->execute(Object(Registry))
#8 /home/caveshop/public_html/system/engine/router.php(56): Route in /home/caveshop/public_html/system/library/db/mysqli.php on line 40

can anyone advise?

Thanks

How did you create this "backup"? Through the admin of OpenCart?

If so it's not a full backup.
