As you see in this image https://prnt.sc/j9xx1r I have into taxable goods class 3 tax rate one based on payment address, one based on shipping address and one based on store address
I don't understand how the three option on tax rate influence on final price and what's the difference between them.

So also in settings > option I have this http://prntscr.com/j9y08f.For both "Use store tax address" and "Use customer tax address" I have 3 options: payment address, shipping address and none.
What does it mean each option and which implications they have?

anyone could please clariy me that?

You set the option depending on how you determine whether the tax should be applied.

If the tax should apply based on the where the goods are shipped to, use Shipping Address.
If the tax should apply based on the who paid for them, use Payment Address.
If the tax should apply based on where the seller is located, use Store Address.
