In the moment it's working again... but the question still exists.

I'm in Russia and I have several shops hosted in Russia (required by law).
With the current Telegram Messenger behaviour IPs from Google and Amazon are blocked/not working.
Result:
1. My login is not working any-more at the OpenCart.com site
2. ... and not at the OpenCart Forum (now I'm here over TOR)
3. Loading Shops need endless time to get Google fonts ... or a timeout (till OC 3.0.2.0 it is in the stylesheet in the next version in the header.twig file)

Is there a solution available right now?
Is it required/good to be so dependent on the big players (Amazon, Google, ...) or should we try to be more or less independent with OpenCart?

(Sorry if i should be at the wrong place.)
