Hell everyone.
This issue has come out of nowhere, site was working fine, now all of a sudden when you check out, the payment method is not opening up
it just shows :
step1: checkout options
step2: payment methods
step3: confirm order
but the step 2 payment methods is not opening up! usually it will auto open with paypal express button there
what could be the possible issues?

Thanks to get back to me . My oc version is 3.0.2.0 . checkout.php had only 148 lines . so I cant post line here.
One of your payment TWIG file (possibly extension) has a malformed Ajax request. Which extension payment module are you using?

I am using paypal express checkout but unfortunately payment step is not moving at all. I am using fortunato them but I also tested the payment step in default theme as well its not going forward at all .
Disable the PayPal Express Checkout module from the admin, clear the OC cache: viewtopic.php?f=176&p=730051#p718325 and see if the issue still persists during checkout afterwards.

Then, the issue is not with PayPal Express Checkout unless using a VQMod / OCMod extension that would interfere with the checkout payment.
