SEO Issue for Information Pages

Opencart 3.0.2.0

I am having an issue with SEO not working for information pages; about us, delivery, terms and conditions, etc.

If I hover over the link the URL is correct but if you click it - it just stays on the home page.

Is there anything I should check or do to make it work.

Is your store in a subfolder or the root folder?
