when reloading cache non-english language files are deleted from modification folder

Hi!

When reloading cache using: admin - > extensions - > modifications - > refresh button non-english language files are deleted from modification folder (/storage/modification/catalog/language) and also the updated english files are updated again.

How can be ensured that modifications reload does not wipe out the translation files or where should these files stored so reloading will not delete them?

Opencart 3.0.2.0 is used.
