Hello guys,

does anybody have an idea why my Image Manager does not open? When I click on edit button, nothing happens... :choke:

Image

I have fresh instalation v3.0.2.0 and when I want to upload a photo for the product or change the store logo or edit any photo, the manager does not even open.
I tried with 777 permission on /image/*.* and owner to my own username or www-data, but nothing seems to help.

My storage is defined like this:
define('DIR_APPLICATION', '/home/myusername/www/dir1/catalog/');
define('DIR_STORAGE', '/home/myusername/www/dir2/');

Also dir2 has 777 and myusername owner.

I tried with different browsers, different PCs, everywhere the same.

I have no clue any more, anybody has an idea?

Tnx
B.

Are you using any extension or mod?

Use Google Chrome, and open the inspector. Check the console for any error and reporte back

Yes, i'm using:

Export/Import Tool (V3.20) for OpenCart 3.x
Fix Filter Opencart 3.x

I disabled both & refresh, but it did not help :choke:

I'm also using vqmod, but I think this one should not make problems.

Disable each VQMod extensions and re-test your image manager accordingly noticing which XML file may affect the bootstrap. An additional solution would be also to see this topic: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=203400&start=20#p719961

Probably the limited server capacity size to support those file size. You could amplify the settings in the php.ini file noticing if this will do the trick at this point.

Well, glad you solved it. Might as well check how much space you have on your hosting account.

I am also having this issue. There are no large files in the /image folder and the cache is clear. But when I click the edit button on images nothing happens. All was working fine yesterday?

What is your OpenCart version? Did you try the suggestions on this thread?

Well, as I said also my photos were not big, but deleting them solved the problem.
The only problem is hard to tell which ones to delete, I just deleted some random ones.
