default checkout not working

hello everyone.

I have opencart 3 when i process the checkout from step 1 to step 2 it will not work. can anyone please help me?

This is the fresh install? If you have installed some modules uninstall it one by one and check again.

i have installed a theme. when im using mobile page it works fine. but computer page no.

If with default theme working fine this is the theme issue. So you need contact theme developer first.
