Apply Coupon Code on Actual price not on Discounted Price

I need a help, i want to give Coupon code to my Customer, but i want that code only works on the actual price of the product not on the Discounted/Special price, because some of my product are on SALE

You would need to edit your catalog/model/extension/total/coupon.php file where all instances of:
would be used in order to change the discount key to your actual array price key, in this case, located from the getCoupon method of that file.

Super Coupons can do this. You use a Rule like this, and any discount would be on the original price ignoring Discount and Special prices:

Rule: Product is Product A
Rule: Total Value = Pre-Discounted Sub-Total
